Date 2015.08.11

The German Lost Art Foundation is now funding a project at the Leopold Hoesch Museum in Düren which will systematically investigate the provenance of all items acquired between 1946 and 1968 to determine whether they had been confiscated by the Nazi regime. The project kicked off with a presentation in Düren by Dr. Uwe Hartmann, head of the department for provenance research at the German Lost Art Foundation.
